A single family home is defined as single family detached, condominiums, townhomes and twin homes. It includes sales from the 13 county Twin Cities metropolitan area.
This MLS area specific information can be helpful in selecting suitable areas in which to search based on average price, as well as giving a better understanding of market trends in different areas. Keep in mind that some changes may be influenced by an influx of new housing, either in past or current years, and that only time will tell future price changes.
